Spring craft {diy} Newbie party started

Happy Spring!
 I know not officially here yet, but it is in my house.
Thought I would share a Spring craft, that I whipped up in a few minutes.
All from dollar tree items,and of course a can of spray paint.
I used my new favorite color Blue ocean breeze, by Krylon.

I spray painted my white canvas.
What you will need:
Easter grass
Spring Easter Foam cut outs  {dollar tree}
Foam eggs {dollar tree}
Faux Spring flower {dollar tree}

First I glued my grass on the board, both with craft glue, and my handy dandy glue gun.
I added my foam eggs with a dab of hot glue.
Then I glued my foam chickie..

Topped it off with my fun faux orange flower..
How C A Y U T E!
{ I say that often don't I?}
I am all about budget friendly cute crafts.
If you are looking for Candace Olson designs...oops sorry you made a wrong turn.
HOWEVER, if HGTV would like to give me my own show, and a pocket full of money...
I will give Candace a run!

My cutsie did not stop there.  I filled the apothocary jar up with some grass, another faux flower and some foam eggs...

Tied the top with some dollar tree ribbon!
Say it again with me... C A Y U T E!

I also bought the pretty fun paper napkins for the bathroom at the dollar tree.  They are not really for the bathroom, but why not?
For the record my painted Giani counter top is holding up great! You may see that project here, if you missed it.
Today I am guest posting over at Johnnie, from Saved by love creations

                                                                            MY GUIDELINES
   *Blogging 6 months or less and or less than 100 followers.
*Would love for you to become a new friend of mine as well on google friend connect.
*PLEASE turn off Word verification, makes commenting very difficult, and you do not need it. NOW there, are two words, I mean seriously, a time killer here.
Blogger does a great job of deterring spam comments.
*PLEASE visit a few other participants, that is what you are here for!
*IF you find your link deleted, it is simply because you did not follow my simple guidelines.
*PLEASE add my link or button to your blog and/or post. I will just delete your post otherwise.

Please limit your links to two per newbie party.
thank you.
I would also like to mention, that we all should be watermarking our photo's.  Which basically means, add your name or blog name to each photo.  With pinterest on the rise in popularity, I see many pins out there with no name.
Do realize any party you link up to, gives people free reign to pin away, which is great, however, no name on the photo, no credit.  I always source out my features and I try only to feature ones with your names on them, that is for your benefit. Even though the pin may lead back to my original post, people would clearly see it was your work, with a link back to YOUR blog.

And don't forget about the Spring'tacular party coming up soon..MARCH 12th
THE copy cat party will be in lieu of the newbie party that day.

Hope you have a good Sunday night and I can't wait to see all the entries. xo Diana

Debbie, thanks for highlighting me! I appreciate it so much. I've been trying to get the blog to grow and I still sit at under 50 followers! Although. I'd hate leaving your newbie parties that's what it's all about right? Growing and learning and networking with new friends.

I just bought the same little eggs today as in todays post! Aren't they adorable. I'm about to use them in a project and just wanted you to know I loved your projects today! Thanks for hosting for ll of us Newbies!

That is adorable and the jar is too, wish we sold those at DT of course they would be gone in a second if we did.
Glad your counter tops on holding up so well...that's good news!

CAYUTE!! I love it all, and in a happy little twist of Providence, I need that color for some spray paint projects. I couldn't remember who had yakked about it recently and am too computer malfunctioned right now to do a search. It was you! Woohooo!

And then, you linked to a painted counter top, which is my most recent whine around here.

I'm two for two on this one post. YAY!

(And I'm behind in my computer time so I just saw that guest home tour from a few days ago. I love it!)
